Joseph C. Sturtevant: CEO and Founder
Joe Sturtevant has been CEO of RiskSpan since co-founding it in 2001. Prior
to co-founding the company Joe was a Managing Director at UBS responsible for
CMO and Mortgage Derivative Trading. Prior to UBS, Joe was a senior mortgage
trader at Greenwich Capital Markets and Credit Suisse First Boston. He holds a
B.S. in Chemical Engineering and Bioengineering from UC San Diego and an M.B.A.
from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA.
Suhrud Dagli: CTO and Founder
Suhrud Dagli has led engineering, product development and service delivery
for RiskSpan since co-founding it in 2001. He has extensive experience in
developing and supporting systems for mortgage and ABS traders, risk managers
and research personnel, and has developed prepayment models for varying mortgage
types. Prior to co-founding the company Suhrud managed the Mortgage Analytics
and System Groups at UBS and Greenwich Capital Markets for five years. Suhrud
began his career designing portfolio systems for fixed income instruments at
Reuters. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from VJTI Bombay and an M.S.
in Computer Science from Penn State.
Suresh Venkataramani: VP Product Development
Suresh Venkataramani is responsible for RiskSpan's system architecture as
well as analytics and applications development. Suresh also manages RiskSpan's
development center leading a group of 35+ developers and quantitative analysts.
Prior to joining RiskSpan Suresh led teams which designed and developed
distributed analytic and trading systems at Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch and
Bankers Trust. He holds a B.S. and an M.S. in Engineering from BITS, Pilani,
India.
Liam Cuddy: Director Sales, North America
Liam Cuddy heads sales for RiskSpan in the North American market. Prior to
RiskSpan Liam was North American Solutions Manager for credit and capital
management at Algorithmics, a leading risk management software company. Prior to
Algorithmics, Liam managed credit risk for Wachovia and was a derivatives
product specialist at Eurobrokers. He holds a B.S. from Fairfield University and
an M.B.A. from University of Notre Dame.
