Rupen Dolasia: Chairman of the Board

Rupen Dolasia is currently CEO of mxPlay, Inc., and is a strategic advisor to Granite Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm in San Francisco.

Prior to founding mxPlay, Rupen was a founding member and Managing Director of Granite Ventures from 1999-2005. At Granite, Rupen focused on investments in the software sector and served on the board of eight portfolio companies. He was Chairman of the Board of Plumtree Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: PLUM), prior to its acquisition by BEA Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: BEAS) in October 2005. Rupen graduated cum laude with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts and holds an M.B.A. from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA.

Adam Mikkelsen: Director

Adam Mikkelsen is a principal of Cooper Capital Partners,a privately sponsored investment fund based in Newport Beach, CA. Cooper Capital Partners invests its proprietary capital in selected public and private companies, and is actively involved with a number of early to mid stage companies in the energy technology and financial services sectors.  Prior to joining CCP in 2000, Adam was an attorney in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis. He holds BA, LLB and Ph.D degrees from the University of Auckland, New Zealand, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Joseph C. Sturtevant: Director and Founder

Joe Sturtevant has been CEO of RiskSpan since co-founding it in 2001. Prior to founding the company Joe was a Managing Director at UBS responsible for CMO and Mortgage Derivative Trading. Prior to UBS, Joe was a senior mortgage trader at Greenwich Capital Markets and Credit Suisse First Boston. He holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and Bioengineering from UC San Diego and an M.B.A. from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA.

Suhrud Dagli: Director and Founder

Suhrud Dagli has led engineering, product development and service delivery for RiskSpan since co-founding it in 2001. He has extensive experience in developing and supporting systems for mortgage and ABS traders, risk managers and research personnel, and has developed prepayment models for varying mortgage types. Prior to founding the company Suhrud managed the Mortgage Analytics and System Groups at UBS and Greenwich Capital Markets for five years. Suhrud began his career designing portfolio systems for fixed income instruments at Reuters. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from VJTI Bombay and an M.S. in Computer Science from Penn State.
